This is a very high quality sword with exquisite koshirai. The blade is flawless with an abundance of fine quality activity. Take a look at the pictures as this sword is very beautiful. The hamon has many wonderful hataraki within the hamon. The machi is almost ubu. The overall style of the hamon is elegant and not flashy. Japanese call this style Shibui. The hada is very tightly forged and has a rich looking milky hada.

KOSHIRAI
The mounts are also very high quality. The tsuba has high grade papers attesting to the quality and signature. The saya was professional made and the lacquered. The saya cost a little over $1000.00 USD to lacquer in Japan.
