This is a great example of a Yasukuni katana from the WWII era. This hand forged sword is made to have an overall koto feel to it and is well made. The hamon is suguba and elegant looking. The hada is tightly forged. Yasukuni swords are considered one of the finest made swords from the WWII era. Recently we sold a Yasunobu very quickly. This sword has an excellent nakago that is ubu one hole and the polish is very high quality.
