This is a very early kodachi that is very interesting. The hamon has many areas that have niju-ba and it has very fine hataraki. This blade has a feeling of a yamato sword and the hada is of an earlier time period of sword making. The hada is rich looking and is very clear with some utsuri in it. This would be a interesting sword for a shinsa some day.
