Condition: Excellent old polish with no
stains or rust.
This is a very well mounted wakazashi in hirazukuri style. The fittings are matching and the lacquer work is very high class. The blade is also forged well with running course running masame hada in places. This is a very strong blade that is signed and dated by the maker. This is a fine example of a shin-shinto era sword with its original mounts. We recommend a shirasaya for it in the future and refreshing the polish to bring out even more details but it can be enjoyed also in the fine condition that its in now.
