Condition: good polish
This long katana looks like a shin-shinto blade. Its difficult to say because it is very healthy and hearty in construction. The blade is hand made and forged in the traditional manor. The hamon is well made with good hataraki/activity. The hada is very tightly forged and is itame style. This katana is very strong and would make for a good iai blade and even for tameshi-giri. The saya is new and made well for training if necessary.
