Condition: needs polish
A longish ubu daito at just under 28" would be a great candidate for restoration. This blade appears to be late Koto or Shinto and has the feel of an older blade.
The koshirae is a solid unit with a mixed floral motif of iron throughout. The kojiri is of waves and the saya is in a black lacquered finish. The old blue ito reminds one of true Samurai mountings!
