Yamada (Kin)Jiro (Kanemitsu) was a student of Kosaka Kinbei (Fujiwara Kaneyoshi 1838-1914) from the Zenjo school (Seki), along with Ogawa Kanekuni, Watanabe Manjiro (Kanenaga) and Niwa Shinjiro (Kanenobu) around 1907 when Kosaka Kinbei and Ogawa Kanekuni open the �Seki Token Tanren Jo�, they often receive orders to make sword by very important families like the Takatsukasa, Kuroda and the Sannomiya families.They continue working and teaching at the Nihonto Tanren Shidoo Sho open in 1933. In 1934, Niwa Shinjiro (Kanenobu) and Watanabe Manjiro (Kanenaga) join the �Nihon Token Tanren Jo� at the Kasuga Shrine, later change the name to �Nihon Token Tanren Juku�.
