This is a long Daito at almost 29" long. The sword has a minor flaw but is still very strong and beautiful. The hada has a milky appearance and the hamon has great activity. The carving on the sword is very nicely done and adds a lot to the sword. This sword will pass if submitted to shinsa some day. The koshirai are also all original and of good quality. This katana has a good balance and is also a great candidate for a iaido sword as well as a collectable sword from the 1700's.
